What is FAT LAB?
FAT LAB is a wearable body-care patch designed to provide a warming sensation and focused care for areas such as the abdomen, thighs, arms, and calves. It is not a weight-loss or fat-reduction product. -
Does FAT LAB help with weight loss?
No. FAT LAB is not a weight-loss product and is not intended to reduce body fat or change body weight. It is designed for external body care. -
Where can I apply the patch?
Apply to clean, dry, intact skin on areas such as the abdomen, waist, upper arms, thighs, hips, calves, ankles, and upper shoulder area, following the placement instructions. -
How long should I wear it?
The recommended wear time is 4–8 hours per use. Remove it sooner if you experience discomfort or irritation. -
Can I wear it while sleeping?
It can be worn overnight within the recommended 4–8 hour wear time. For first use or sensitive skin, try a shorter daytime wear first. -
Can I use it every day?
We recommend an every-other-day routine: one day on, one day off. -
Can I use it before exercising?
Yes. It can be worn before or after exercise as long as the skin is clean, dry, and not irritated. -
Is it normal to feel warmth while wearing the patch?
Some users notice a warming sensation while wearing the patch. The intensity varies from person to person. Remove the patch if the warmth becomes uncomfortable. -
The application area became red. Is that normal?
Mild temporary redness can occur from warmth, adhesive, pressure, or skin contact. Stop use if redness is severe, painful, blistering, or does not resolve. -
Can I use FAT LAB on my calves and ankles?
Yes. Calves and ankles are common application areas. FAT LAB is not intended to treat medical swelling; persistent or unexplained swelling should be evaluated by a healthcare professional. -
Can I use it on areas where I have cellulite?
Yes. It can be applied to areas such as the thighs and hips as part of your regular body-care routine. FAT LAB is not a treatment for cellulite or body fat. -
Can people with sensitive skin use it?
If you have sensitive skin, start with a shorter wear time on a small area. Stop use if irritation occurs. -
Can I use it while showering?
No. Apply the patch after showering, once your skin is completely clean and dry. -
I don’t feel much warmth. Does that mean something is wrong?
No. The warming sensation varies by person. Do not extend the wear time or add external heat just to make the patch feel warmer. -
How long should I continue using FAT LAB?
There is no required treatment course. Use it as part of your body-care routine according to the recommended schedule and your skin’s comfort. -
Can I use it on my trapezius or shoulder area?
Yes. It may be used on the upper shoulder area following the placement instructions. Do not place it on the front of the neck or irritated skin. -
Can it be used on the upper arms?
Yes. The upper arms are one of the recommended application areas. -
Why do I have marks after removing the patch?
Temporary pressure marks or mild redness can occur after removal and usually fade with time. Stop use if irritation persists or becomes uncomfortable. -
Why does the center pad sometimes turn darker?
Moisture, sweat, natural skin oils, and contact with the pad can cause color changes during wear. Darkening does notmean that the patch removed toxins or body fat. -
What if the center pad does not change color?
That is normal too. Color change varies by person and application area and is not a measure of product performance. -
What makes FAT LAB different?
FAT LAB combines a wearable patch format, a warming sensation, and targeted placement to make focused body care simple and convenient. It is designed for body care—not weight loss or fat reduction. -
Can I use FAT LAB with Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro, or other weight-loss medications?
FAT LAB is not designed to enhance or support weight-loss medications. If you use prescription medication, ask your healthcare provider before adding a new topical patch to your routine, especially if you have sensitive skin.
